Pros: Great location, walking distance from Fashion Square, waterfront and Old Town. Many restaurants, shopping and entertainment choices. Central location with easy access to all parts of the valley. Close to Camelback Mountain and cholla trail hiking. Unit was spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Condo complex was well maintained and pleasant with small pool and grassy communal areas. Cons: The carpet is very old, worn and in terrible condition- it desperately needs to be replaced. There are even rolls in the bedrooms where it’s no longer flat. It created an ugly impression on an otherwise nice looking condo. The smell of cigarettes permeated the unit. Certain areas had a disgusting cigarette odor. This is unfortunately difficult to remove as it seems heavy smoking took place here. Overall: I wouldn’t stay here again given the issue with the carpet and the cigarette smell. There’s too many other options that don’t have these downsides.

Wonderful location! Comfy bed. Stressful getting there late and in the dark. It took us awhile to figure out there were 2 doors. First door we went to was not the right door and couldn’t get in. Unit had very nice amenities but needs some attention with the core. We did have a great time! Be careful to not let screen door lick behind you!
