Pros: One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in, stocked extremely well (kitchen, extra towels, bed sheets, bathroom essentials, etc), location was great, lots of nature to enjoy while sitting outside. 
Cons: The house needs ceiling fans. Temps reached 108° while we were there, and fans would’ve complimented the recommended settings of the AC unit. There was one box fan that allowed one room to have air flow and a cooler room during sleep. However, the occupants in the other room didn’t sleep well. The outdoor space provided a lot, however, it needs a good clean. Upon arrival, bird droppings covered most of the furniture, making them unusable. The pool needs a good scrub. We didn’t mind cleaning the debris. The vacuum also stays inside the pool at all times, which is an annoyance to swim around." (10/5)
