I rented this property specifically because it advertised a beautiful heated pool, which was the main selling point for my family gathering and planned brunch. Unfortunately, the pool was unusable during our stay. The water contained visible debris and dirt on the bottom, and there was a film on the surface that made it appear unsanitary and uninviting. As a result, we were unable to use the pool at all.

To make matters worse, at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning, loud jackhammer drilling began nearby and woke the entire household. This was extremely disruptive and not the relaxing getaway we had planned.

Because the pool was unusable, I had to cancel the poolside family brunch and spend an additional $1,000 taking my family to the Omni Scottsdale so everyone could enjoy a pool experience elsewhere.
