We asked for an early check in but they kept telling me different times to check back with them. They did let us put our luggage inside at 12:30pm on check in day. It was obvious no one was there and the place was cleaned and ready to go. But they wouldn’t let us in until 3:00. I have asked for early check ins other places and it’s always yes or no the day before depending on if someone was there the night before. Not sure why they couldn’t say that & why they kept putting it off." (10/5)
